Our boy Evan Mock has been doing it all right. The skateboarding with a surf influence. The surfing with an artistic influence. The hair. The shout-outs from Frank Ocean. The man for Slowtide and other brands. VOGUE dug into how Frank ended up shouting him out via the artist Tom Sachs and what he had to say about the new found fame.
