Supreme Italia | Story of a growing ‘legal fake’ brand

So there’s a company called Supreme Italia based in Italy that is creating Supreme branded merchandise, same exact logo only oversized, and cashing in on the profits. Technically it’s legal because of a loophole where Supreme founder James Jebbia couldn’t trademark the name because of the whole Barbara Kruger bite.
