Skateboarding Can Give You Testicular Cancer?
Did you know you can get testicular cancer from sacking on your skateboard? Neither did I until Canadian skateboarder Kurtis Robertson put out his public service announcement (below) on Facebook. Shitty news Kurtis, you got this!

“For some of you who already know and for the people that don’t know whats going on. I have been recently diagnosed with Testicular cancer which was caused from trauma in a skateboarding incident about a year or 2 back. Long story short I was skating a rail and sacked myself on it but did not go get it looked at because I figured I just had to relax and let it heal. Then about half a year ago I started getting severe back pains and thought it was just from the construction work and lifting over the years(lost my job due to back pains) so I went for numerous xrays and ultrasounds and the doctors couldn’t find anything which I thought was very weird. then I started getting very bad chest pains and short of breath, one morning I woke up gasping for air and had to rush to emerg where I later found out I had a bloodclot in my chest. Docs did a crap load of tests MRI’s, CT scans you name it and still couldn’t figure out why I was getting these back pains and where this bloodclot came from, and then he asked me if I have EVER IN MY LIFE been hit in the testicals severly, so I mentions I had sacked myself skateboarding a while back. Doc did an ultrasound and the cancer has started from the testical due to TRAUMA and has spread all over my back and chest. So my main point to this post is to PLEASE SHARE and if anyone knows ANYONE that’s has has trauma to the testicals PLEASE GO GET IT LOOKED AT I WOULD NOT WISH ALL THIS PAIN AND SUFFERING ON ANY SKATER OR ANYONE!!!!!!!!! I’m sorry if it was a little too detailed but I have to let everyone know. I also want to give a huuuuugeeeee thank you to everyone who has been with me through all of this and a huge shoutout to my mother and father for all the support and I can’t forget my amazing girlfriend Sarah Graham your the best babe thanks so much for everything!”
