Being the coolest and most beautiful girl on the beach with a camera and the one all the pro surfers in the 70’s north shore surfing scene gave Shirley Rogers backstage access to that whole world. Her photos prove it. Beau Flemister wrote up a fabulous profile on her for TSJ. As quickly as Shirley joined the scene, she left it, which just adds to the allure of her tale.
