The moment we learned that we lost Dylan, we instantly scrapped the plans for the original Issue 16, and realized that we had an opportunity — with the help of Mark Oblow and many of his friends and family — to create something unique for everyone to remember and enjoy all the ways Dylan influenced us.

What Youth worked closely with brother/friend/mentor/team manager/father figure Mark Oblow and his Back Den archive, to gather photography, stories, original art and tributes to Dylan from a variety of contributors and close friends including Arto Saari, Ryan Allan, Langley Fox, Mark Gonzales, Jason Dill, William Strobeck, Alex Olson, Camille Rowe, Natas Kaupas, Cat Power, Dion Agius, Noa Deane, Stefan Janoski, Porous Walker, Greg Hunt, Doctor Woo and many, many more.
