Along the coastline of Palos Verdes, California, lies one of America's most infamous waves. Though Lunada Bay is known for quality surf, it's reputation for localism has come to define the break above all else. Now the group is locked in a controversial legal battle that could spell change not just for Lunada Bay, but for localism at large.
