There’s something about the Dime Glory Challenge that inspires skateboard writers the world over to pick up the pen and go all long-form critical essay on us. This one entitled – Skateboarding As Stupid As Sport – from Zach Baker is fabulous. It looks at the elaborate, very expensive joke of a contest that the DGC is and how it relates to sports in general and more. This is some real “skateboard writing” here.
