Physics Of a Quadruple Cork 1800 | Physicist breaks down forces at play

 

The Olympics are coming and some wild tricks are gonna get dropped, providing the course and halfpipe aren’t total garbage. WIRED, a fine magazine, enlisted physicist John Eric Goff to break down the physics of one of the hardest… the polarizing quad cork 1800. Billy Morgan is one of four or so snowboarders that has landed the trick before, so they took his sequence as the building block.
