Jerry Hsu Can’t Make his Dreams Come True | “I still have a 16-yr-old mind when it comes to skating, but I’m in a fuckin’ mid-30s body.”

Jerry Hsu finally aligned his young skateboarder imagination with his real-life mid-30’s decrepit body and put it all on the line for emerica’s Made 2. It was a part a long time in the making as Jerry had secret history with the shoe brand as The Skateboard Mag found out:

“Jerry Hsu has sort of a hidden history with Emerica. Originally getting flowed their shoes as a teenager (the Marc Johnson bump), he had an early taste for what Emerica would eventually become.”

It didn’t stick though as the D3 Don – Dave Mayhew – got Osiris to throw some money at him. The interview mostly consists of TSM making Jerry Hsu jerk off his sponsor, but hey that’s what skate media is all about these days. Any words of Jerry’s are words worth reading.
