Mountain resort towns are insanely expensive. So is snowboarding in general. #VanLife is the hottest buzzword around for another season. This tragic formula just may lead you to trying to eek out an existence on four-wheels this winter. Trying to stay smelling not bad and trying to not freeze.

Let some pro’s show you the ropes because living in a car is an art, especially in the snow.

TIP: Don’t Die

Insulate the walls, build a decent bed and make sure you sleep warm. I had a military issue sleeping bag that could drop down to -45C along with a down duvet. Sorted. I did forget to carpet the roof however, and many mornings were spent scraping stalagtites made from my frozen breath off the ceiling. Not the best start to a day up the hill.
